Study On The Post Evaluation Of Environmental Impact On The Project Of Boiler Unite Heating

With the improvement of living standards and human public demand,heating demand gradually become the basic living needs of the population,the implementation of the heating project will be part of the heating infrastructure.In the process of projects developing,in order to ensure that the environment will not be destroyed,the project unit based on post evaluation and information launch project planning is required,and taking appropriate preventive measures is a must.In this thesis,two methods that theoretical and empirical comparative are taken to analysis.In this thesis,a lot of relevant information collected by the heating construction project.And through the literature,with reference to a number of previous arguments expressed,and then based on this analysis of the project.First,after analyzing the environmental impact of heating cogeneration project evaluation of the current social context,this thesis describes the current status of research and research purposes.This thesis cites many foreign academic research on post evaluation of environmental impact,from a legal perspective and a clear legal basis for the evaluation of environmental.In this thesis,after full comparison,this thesis finds that the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for the evaluation is the most appropriate method.In this thesis,we put the northeastern suburb Boiler Unite Heating project as an example and make a study on it's Post Evaluation of Environmental Impact.Through analysis and comparison in terms of environmental,operational processes,and related and other involved,thereby,this thesis verifies whether the environmental impact prediction results consistent with the expected.At last,studies by means of set up a mathematical model and draw the conclusions of post evaluation of environmental impact.Against these shortcomings,this thesis draw observations and recommendations,hoping that the industry can provide a useful reference.
