AEC industry is one of high energy consumption industry in our China,people are paying more and more attention to the sustainable development.China's green buildings have made great achievements recently and there will be more in the future to meet the requirements of sustainable development.In order to ensure a healthy and rapid development of green building,China has promulgated and implemented the “Evaluation Standard for Green Building” as the guide and support for sustainable development of AEC industry.On the traditional green building design process,there exist a lot of problems,including green building design guide lag,fuzzy and lack of overall understanding of green building design method and platform which could integrates much design and non-design information,thus affecting the sustainable effect of project.As BIM technology constantly improve,informationalized level of the AEC industry worldwide enhances unceasingly.BIM is a revolutionary technology of the industry which can be applied to the whole life cycle of buildings and create value for the project participants at each stage.BIM integrate the building design process and focus on the building life cycle management as green building design does.This study is aimed at proposing a BIM-based intelligent CAD system of green building.Firstly,try to structure the item of the standard,construct the ontology and set up the class,property,instance and hierarchical relationships.With reference to the contents of the ontology,the study thoroughly analyses and summarizes items which could potentially be checked in the BIM software environment and sums up the related components and parameters which combined with related function of BIM software.This research adopts the idea of software engineering to make the prototyping system framework,system function module and system work flow.The system is divided into the compliance check plug-in on Revit and the information interaction platform based on Web.And the case study would fully display the function of the system in purpose of verifying the feasibility and effectiveness.This study construct the ontology of “Evaluation Standard for Green Building” in china and developed compliance check plugin and Web-based information interaction platform in the BIM software environment,which could help designers complete the green building design conformed to the“Evaluation Standard for Green Building”.
