With the pace of construction and development of the city is getting faster and faster,Large vehicle transport projects have gradually increased,For example,Transport of large scale units in large substations,Transport of large shield equipment in tunnel,Transport of large precast concrete members.In these large vehicle transport projects,It is urgent to solve the problem of safety monitoring for bridges.This paper relies on the transport projects for large precast beams in Shanghai rail line 16,Research on bridge safety monitoring and evaluation method when overweight freight transportation,Main research results include: First,Research on calculation method of traffic capacity of heavy vehicle transport bridge.Based on the existing calculation theory and method,Combined with the advantages of load effect method and standard method,Proposed comprehensive calculation method,It can be effectively calculated and analyzed of the bridge,Under the premise of satisfying the accuracy of calculation,Greatly improve the analysis efficiency,The calculation of the various components of the bridge is more reasonable,In practical application,It is proved that the method is feasible and applicable.Second,Resea rch on bridge technology condition assessment and safety control method in operation period.The existing detection and monitoring techniques are extended,And combined with the characteristics of large vehicle transport,To integrate all kinds of testing and monitoring methods into a dynamic monitoring system.Third,For two special bridges,On site installation of sensors,And the real-time monitoring system is set up,Achieve real time safety monitoring of bridges in the whole process of heavy vehicle transportation project.Fourth,Based on comprehensive calculation method and dynamic monitoring,And confirm subjective parameters through expert review meeting,A complete set of control technology is developed to effectively control the safety of the bridge structure,Formed a management approach,Reference to the bridge management organization.
