Integrated Storm Water Planning System Research Based On Urban Planning

In recent years,urban waterlogging problem is increasingly serious.This situation makes people pay more and more attention to problems of urban drainage,also raised a hot wave of round of urban drainage system.But the causes of the formation of urban waterlogging is very complex,only from the Angle of the engineering construction to solve the inner problem,there is a lot of limitations.Planning to guide the construction,to solve the problem of urban waterlogging,should start from the urban planning.We should reflect on the existing planning theory,analysis in the process of rapid urbanization,explore more reasonable and safe solution.In this paper,the urban waterlogging origin and the current urban drainage system are faced with the problem carried on the thorough analysis.Through literature research analysis of related theory and practice at home and abroad;through inductive deductive method to summarize experience;and through the binhai new area planning case carries on the practice exploration.Studies have shown that,to solve the problem of urban waterlogging,we should break professional boundaries,draw lessons from the rain flood management and the concept of ecological drainage.By a small drainage system to the transition of the drainage system,emissions by rain to flood management system in the whole process of rain,by artificial drainage to ecological drainage planning.In this paper,the innovative put forward the concept of urban comprehensive drainage system.At the different stages of the urban planning,to carry out the concept of comprehensive drainage.Make the use of water runoff control indicators into the planning system,and implement of urban land,road,greening,urban drainage and vertical coordinated professional planning,etc.Do a good job in drainage planning,establish a perfect comprehensive ecological drainage system,then we can promote the city's comprehensive disaster prevention ability,to promote the city's comprehensive disaster prevention ability,solve the problem of waterlogging at source,solve the inner problem from the source.
