This paper which comes from the enterprise production practice is focused on the key transmission parts of the 1200 KW scraper converyor,such as gear,shaft,bearing,planetary support and heat exchange device.The main research contents and achievements of this paper are as follows:First,according to the common failure mode of the gear,the adaptive design of the gear transmission and the method of avoiding premature failure are proposed.The design life of the gear transmission is balanced by the equal strength algorithm.Secondly,the fatigue strength,bending stiffness and torsional stiffness of the shaft at all stages are calculated and the feasibility of the shaft is verified.Make sure the gear piar work in the best condition.For bearing,taking into account the factor of influence of bearing life,the life of the bearing is checked by choosing right bearing and configuration method.Then,the constraint condition of the space of gear unit is analyzed and the bolt is checked.Thirdly,the static structure and modal analysis of the planetary support are carried out,and the feasible of the material of QT900-8 and the rationality of the structure of the planetary support are verified.Fourthly,combined with the calculation method of fluid and heat exchange,the mathematical model of heat transfer device is established,the iterative calculation of the design parameters is carried out,and the economic and practical design scheme is obtained.In the end,complete the quantitative calculation of the heat transfer suitable for the model.This paper is focus on design,modeling,analysis and performance improvement,which is of great significance for the improvement of the design level of the high power scraper conveyor gear unit.
