In recent years,with the continuous growth of China's economy,many infrastructure construction projects from the plains into the mountain area,especially the construction of high-speed rail and highways,to speed up the exchange between provinces and cities and economic growth.The development of civil engineering in the mountain area,such as a large number of excavation and filling,will inevitably lead to high steep roadbed and high steep slope.China's layered sedimentary rocks account for most of China's land area,so the large excavation in the mountain area will inevitably result in landslides with large scale and destructive rock bedding.When there are weak structural planes in the bedding rock slope,the sliding of the steep and steep slope will occur more and the scale will increase.In this paper,the model test method is used to study the damage process,failure mechanism and damage factors of rocky slope with weak structural plane.Which will be of great significance for the evaluation and evaluation of the stability of such slopes.The details are as follows:(1)The influence factors of stability of rock slope with weak structure are analyzed,and then the failure mechanism of the bedding rock slope is systematically studied.(2)Based on the similarity theory,the principle of similarity of stress is explained,and the similarity constant and similar materials are selected.The matching ratio is compared with that of the bedding rock slope.(3)The physical and mechanical tests were carried out on sericite layer and loess respectively,which is proved that the loess material and the sericite layer have some similarity,and the weak layer in the bedding rock slope can be simulated.Therefore,the loess is selected as the weak facet plane to simulate the sericite layer in the bedding rock slope.(4)Modeling and model test study of single-layer weak structure facies rocky slope and double-layer weak structure facies rock slope.Reappearing the failure process of bedding rock slope,and analyzing the failure mechanism of bedding rock slope.
