The reliability management of electrical equipment in thermal power plant is one of the main methods to the normal operation of thermal power plant.On the basis of explaining the theory of power system reliability management,this paper introduces the Constitution and common failure mode of electric power plant and the traditional reliability analysis model.At the same time,according to the characteristics of electrical power plant fault factors,influence scope,time is not fixed,based on the method of combining the traditional mathematical analysis and artificial intelligence,quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,to construct the Petri network of power plant electrical part of the fault tree model based on the research of thermal power plant electrical part of the fault and its reliability.According to the conclusion of the model analysis,the method and measure of reliability management of electric power plant are discussed.The main problems and conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)the classification of electrical equipment in power plant,analyzes the different failure modes of different electrical,and the timing simulation method and the fault analysis method,according to the correlation between different components,a general reliability model conforming to the actual conditions.(2)multiple faults in power supply system and based on the probability of occurrence of different fault conditions,only using the general reliability model for quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis,easy to overlook the influence of multiple faults,produce certain error.Therefore,using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the combination of traditional mathematical analysis and artificial intelligence to better assess the electrical reliability of power system.(3)the traditional fault tree model is extended by Petri network,which improves the limitation of the general component reliability model,which is difficult to analyze the multiple fault states and the multiple time series.This method can effectively find the probability of the occurrence of electrical failure and the law,combined with the advantages of the expert system with high accuracy,widened the reliability assessment method.(4)analysis of the Petri Network on the traditional fault tree model of the thermal power plant electrical reliability examples show that based on fault circuit breaker,transformer components,rate sensitivity,repair rate and the maintenance time of large power system reliability level.The reliability management of circuit breaker and transformer should be strengthened.This paper has certain practical value for the reliability management measures proposed by the reliability assessment results.
