Research On The Design Of Sales Center Based On Sustainable Utilization

With the rapid development of the reality industry and the market,a large number of real estate development has brought a large number of sales center construction,sales center has become a ubiquitous form of a building in cities in our country.Sales center is generally not big in scale and usually flexible in design.As an important platform for reality industry to show their strength and products,the developers always invest plentiful funds.Architects have more freedom in design of sales center relative to other projects and there are a lot of good works and useful exploration has shown up in its field.Meanwhile,because of its functional properties the sales center is destined to a short life since the date of birth.As the real estate been sold out,the sales center's mission is finished at the same time.Many sales center has been lay aside or removed,it has brought a huge waste of social resources.Therefore,how to deal with sustainable problem of sales center has become an important issue in its design.This paper research on design and sustainable use issue of sales center in five chapter.The first chapter is the introduction part,summarizes the related concept about sales center and sustainable utilization of design.And elaborate overseas and domestic research status.Aiming at the existing problem of present research,proposed the key of this paper.The first chapter belong to the level of put forward research problem.The second chapter and the third chapter elaborates the formation,development of sales center,and analyze the classification,design and the existing problems on of the sales center.Combined with field investigation for further analysis at last.This two chapter belong to the level of analyzing problems.The fourth chapter is the main part of the thesis,belong to the level to solve the problem.The fourth chapter is the core part of this paper,belongs to the level of solving problems.Respectively,put forward the corresponding designing strategy of sustainable utilization from three explore ways.And the paper discusses the applying forms,design patterns combined with examples,and summarizes the corresponding design principles.Chapter five summarizes the sustainable utilization of the sales center design,and prospect its development.Through the research on the design and the strategy of the sustainable utilization of the sales center,the author hopes to provide some reference for the sustainable utilization of sales center and the kinds of relevant buildings in city.
