Based on the background of energy shortage and environmental pressure,this paper explores the influencing factors of energy-saving design of near-zero-energy residential buildings in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.First,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region climate and the analysis of the natural environment to adapt to the regional environment of architecture design method,and the general residential building palisade structure evaluation,find the existing problems,through the research of beijing-tianjin-hebei region ultra-low power consumption energy conservation demonstration projects of various performance parameters and construction method,the analysis influence near the influence factors of residential building energy consumptionSecondly,the design Builder energy consumption software is used to simulate each factor,the range curve of each factor is obtained.And according to the size of the effects of various factors on building energy consumption,by statistical software SPSS to carry on the analysis,it is concluded that the factors affect the weight of nearly zero energy consumption of residential buildings and best solutions,provide a reference for nearly zero energy consumption of passive energy-saving Design value.Finally,combined with the active energy saving technology and the climate-friendly renewable energy,the existing energy can be used efficiently to provide a reference for the residential buildings in Beijing,tianjin and hebei to reach the near-zero energy consumption standard.
