Research On Safety Information Management System Of The Equipment In Works Departments Based On GIS

With the continuous improvement of the speed of railway and the development of heavy railways in China,There is a serious problem in the daily management of Railway equipment,that is the contradiction between the status of equipment worsen more rapidly and the lack of operating time that was used for repair and maintenance.It brings a great test to the traffic safety.In this paper,according to the actual situation of daily management in Chengdu works departments,Using the geographic information system(GIS)technology,researched on the Safety Information Management System of Equipment,The main contents of the study include:1.Analysising the requirements of Safety Information Management System of Railway Equipment,Choosing the appropriate platform and GIS software.2.Designing function modules of the system,including the map operation and control module,equipment information management module,maintenance support module,equipment drawing management module,System management module.3.Organizing the collected information including map and text data,Building a system database in the Arc Catalog,including the underlying geographic information database and the equipment attribute database.Creating layers in Arc Map to achieve the visual management of the equipment.4.Organizing the collected information,summarizing the common faults of the equipment,building the faults diagnosis module to provide support for the maintenance work.5.Using C#language to complete the work of the system development in the.NET platform,through the Arc Engine secondary development technology.Achieving the visualization of equipment management,view of picture and video,modification of attribute information and fault information.Safety Information Management System of railway equipment plays a supporting role in daily work,improves the level of equipment management,It has great practical significance to improve the efficiency of operation and ensure the safety operation of the train.
