Development Of CAD System For Lifting And Moving Horizontal Parking Equipment

With the development of economy and the improvement of living standards,the number of cars owned by urban residents in China is also increasing.In the case of low per capita land occupancy in China,the shortage of parking lot and parking spaces has become an important issue in the limit of affecting the quality of our daily life.Considering our country’s national conditions,combining with the policies and measures promulgated by our government,we will vigorously build and promote the stereoscopic garage equipment,which will become an effective way to alleviate the difficulty of urban residents in China.With the rapid development of Computer Aided Design(CAD)technology,and the proposed of the industry 4.0 concept,the intelligent,automatic and parameterized product design has become a development direction of the mechanical industry.To improve the efficiency of the stereoscopic garage equipment design,reduce the workload of the designers,so as to reduce the design and production cost and realize the intelligent and automaticization of the stereoscopic garage equipment,this paper takes a lifting and moving type stereoscopic garage equipment as an object,rely on SolidWorks 3D design software,put the Access as the database management,use the Visual Basic(VB)programming language to complete the stereoscopic garage equipment CAD system development.Considering the influence of wind load on the safety and stability of the stereoscopic garage equipment,this paper firstly analyzes the wind safety of the stereoscopic garage equipment.Take the three layers and three columns lifting and moving type stereoscopic garage equipment as an example,select the no-load and full-load and top full-load with middle no-load as three states to make the calculation and analysis.Do virtual simulation to determine the weakness of the structure.And put different wind loads on the weak component to judge its wind load damage critical speed.To develop the CAD system of stereoscopic garage,first of all the lifting and moving type of stereoscopic garage should be analyzed.Establish the component parameter database,and establish a parts model library of the stereoscopic garage equipment.Determine the cost accounting method and the quotation method of the stereoscopic garage.Then the VB language is used to design the human-computer interaction interface,link the database and SolidWorks software to realize the automatic generation of the stereoscopic garage equipment.This system operation with an intuitive interface is a simple and convenient application.It will for have a very good application prospect in some stereoscopic garage equipment business which have a tight technical staff.
