Design Of The Coupler Knuckle Automatic Surfacing Control System Based On DSPIC30F6011A And Touch Screen

Coupler knuckle as an important part of the hook,the repair of the surface is very important for the safety and stability of the train in the course of the operation.The coupler knuckle surface is generally repaired by surfacing technology.Because of the manual welding with low efficiency and poor welding quality,In order to improve the efficiency of repairing the coupler knuckle surface and ensure the stability of the welding quality,this paper has developed a control system for the automatic surfacing of the coupler knuckle surface.Touch screen as the system of human-computer interaction interface,which controls the welding process of production and set all the welding parameters,it is really convenient and accurate.Single chip has a strong computing power and high development characteristics,so we chose it as the core chip of the system.This paper introduces the hardware circuit and software program design of DSPIC30F6011A as the control core automatic welding control system.The hardware circuit mainly includes the basic working circuit of the single chip,the communication circuit of the touch screen and the single chip computer,the welding gun and the hook displacement acquisition circuit and the motor control circuit.The software program design mainly includes the communication procedure between the single chip and the touch screen and the execution procedure of the touch screen interface button.The debugging results of the hardware circuit and the software program show that the system can realize the automatic welding of the coupler knuckle surface under the set absolute coordinate system,and the welding quality basically satisfies the process requirements of the hook welding and improves the efficiency of the welding but also stabilize the quality of surfacing.
