A Research Of Intelligent Socket Embedded Wall-type System Based On ZigBee

With the popularity of the conception "Smart Home" and the conception "Green Environmental Protection" that deeply rooted in the hearts of the people in recent years,the intelligent socket that can use real-time monitoring in residential electrical parameters such as power,voltage,current,etc is more and more important.However,at present some domestic intelligent socket just use the existing power measurement module to insert on the lug plate in the bedroom and use the short distance wireless transmission for point-to-point communication,it doesn't form as a home residential in the node system,intelligent a system,can not be to adapt to the future trend of smart home.At the same time,there are many shortcomings that are low intelligent degree,high power consumption,large volume and low accuracy,etc.Based on the above shortcomings,this paper designs a intelligent socket embedded wall-type system based on ZigBee.To put each module integrate on a piece of sandwich plate embedded in family internal wall socket obligate mouth with the discrete components,and then forming a socket of household type based on ZigBee's efficient freedom networking and low power consumption.Each socket communicates with each other through the ZigBee forming a socket system,and sends the information parameters such as power,etc to the terminal of control and display for the display of graphic data and the analysis of the intelligent control.The hardware part of the system is mainly composed of intelligent socket motherboard and control display terminal.The terminal of control and display consists of data memory,color touch screen and man-machine interaction interface.Its internal is embedded a ZigBee as a coordinator for the data collection transmission.The terminal of control and display support log of access and intelligent control and manual control for each socket module.The system software part is mainly composed of ZigBee protocol stack,control display terminal processing program and emWin system embedded in the design man-machine interaction interface of control display terminal.After the formation of the entire system,in the laboratory environment,the system is first calibrated calibration experiments to select the best calibration reference load followed by a precision test experiment and a stability experiment.The system structure design and experimental results demonstrated the intelligent socket system embedded in the wall based on ZigBee has a clever structure,high intelligent degree,small volume,low power consumption,high precision,safe and stable operation,suitable for home decoration one-time installation.
