The measurement of the magnetic field has very important significance in archaeology, geomagnetic field study, petroleum mineral exploration, and even the national defense security, military technology. Flux-gate sensor with its advantages of high resolution, wide range of measuring weak magnetic field, reliable performance and can directly measure the weight of the magnetic field, applying to motion in the system,therefore, is widely applied in the field of weak magnetic field measurement. As a kind of mature wireless communication technology, ZigBee is getting more and more people’s attention and being widely used today with the rapid development of science and technology. ZigBee has already made a big difference in smart home, urban intelligent transportation, medical care, environmental monitoring, outdoor work and underground mine safety monitoring and other fields with its characteristics of a short distance, low power consumption, low data rate, low complexity and high network self-healing.On the basis of magnetic flux-gate, this paper designed a single point detection magnetic system, joined ZigBee and embedded gateway technology, what’s more implements the design of the digital high precision magnetic field detection system. This paper mainly includes the following points:First of all, according to the working principle of magnetic flux-gate, this paper designed and built the single-point flux-gate agent system. The system includes flux-gate probe sensor, digital excitation circuit, signal processing circuit, magnetic signal acquisition circuit and serial communication circuit.Secondly, this paper made a deep study of ZigBee technology in network and application aspects, by using CC2530 RF master control chip, it set up a hardware circuit for the star ZigBee network, besides it also collected and sent multiple weak magnetic detection of the magnetic field data to the embedded system, finally completed the ZigBee network data collection and send.Finally, by using ARM A8 built a platform for the embedded gateway, transplanted the embedded Web server, achieved with the browser to the magnetic field data display and operation, completed the design of digital high precision magnetic field detection system based on ZigBee, achieved the expected design goal.
