Based on the color plate surface coating principle,this thesis studies coating path planning and speed control focusing on exterior thermal insulation decorative board component color plate.Applying the color coated steel surface coating to the Testing standard for bonding strength of decorative surface of Construction Engineering,it researches the Automatic coating production lines and analyze the functional requirements of the coating process and design the structure of the production equipment,set up the hardware composition of the control system,and composing the interactive interface for host computers.Firstly,following the principle of coating on the surface of color steel plate,we come up with two common path generation algorithms on the basis of different sizes of color steel plate,with reference to the way of cutting in mold cavity.The production efficiency was greatly improved by the interaction of adjacent speed paths.Coating experiences and pull-out tests are carried out to study different impacts by the interaction of adjacent speed paths,as well as testifying working efficiency and coating quality for the two algorithms respectively.Secondly,by analyzing the existing manual coating techniques,we clearly defined the function requirement of automatic gluing equipment,put forward the concept of automatic glue coating equipment,made further research and development plans on the overall device frame,designed implementing structures and control flow by each position so as to make preparations for building the hardware system by summarizing the whole process.Then,based on control flow of Automatic glue coating equipment,components and selection of the control system hardware were considered.Parameters were set for eight-axis controller of Googol GTS series,which is the core of the control system.According to the functions of different equipment modules,choose the appropriate drive system and determine the type of components,and complete the circuit design and layout of control cabinets.Finally,realize the human-computer interaction through interface contactors to design the control system interface according to the production process control on VC ++ 6.0 development platform.By online debugging and running,the operation status of the automatic coating production equipment is stable and the coating effect meets the requirements.The automatic coating on the surface of the color steel plate is realized,which greatly improved the work efficiency.
