Porcelain is a solid waste of the ceramic industry,which has a lot of material and financial resources to pile or landfill,and occupies a lot of land,causing serious air pollution and water pollution.So how to turn waste into treasure,become the current ceramic industry problems.Autoclaved porcelain powder aerated concrete wall panel developed successfully for the porcelain powder solid waste material resources to provide an effective way to meet the national energy conservation and environmental protection industry direction.Autoclaved porcelain powder aerated concrete wall panel is the full use of porcelain powder and other solid waste materials developed from the new prefabricated wall panels,the wall at the same time with light weight,high strength,thermal insulation,sound insulation,durability Etc.Prefabricated buildings are the new construction methods of the country’s strong promotion.The wall occupies a large proportion in the construction and is an important part of the prefabricated buildings.In order to further study the mechanical properties of autoclaved ceramic powder aerated concrete wall panels,this paper has done the following work:(1)The flexural capacity test of porcelain fender wall was designed,and three kinds of wall panels with different thickness were selected.The bending load capacity,deformation performance and the occurrence of cracks were obtained by applying uniform load.Development law,and draw the load-displacement curve.The calculation formula of flexural capacity of porcelain fender wall is obtained by referring to the relevant literature,and compared with the experimental data,the two are in good agreement and have some strength reserve.(2)The drawing force test of porcelain fender wall panel was designed.Five kinds of wall panels with different thickness and different connection were selected,and the bearing capacity of each node was obtained.Through analysis,it was found that the pulling force Porcelain powder wall thickness,density and T-bolt installation location.The capacity of each node of porcelain powder wall panel is 10 kN,and the area of B and C is taken as an example.When the basic wind pressure is 0.6kN / m2,the wind load can be satisfied by 150 m height.Requirements.(3)A steel frame model with CF walls built by ABAQUS finite element software,through pushover analysis,simulation of the change of wall stress with the load displacement of the frame,and the interlayer displacement reaches 1/250,the maximum tensile stress of slab produced by tensile stress is less than that of aerated concrete,no wall cracks,but is located in the junction of steel frame beam column wall corner prone to stress concentration,the first failure may be the actual use of the process,should adopt special construction measures.At the same time,compared with the steel frame without walls,the bearing capacity of the frame is obviously higher than that of the pure steel frame due to the existence of the wallboard,which is about 1.3 times that of the steel frame.Hysteretic analysis of steel frame with steel plate and steel frame shows that the hysteretic curves of the two steel plates are very full,and the energy dissipation capacity of the steel frame with the wall plate is better than that of the pure steel frame.It is shown that the mechanical properties of the new porcelain fender can meet the normal requirements of the external wall of the building,and it has a very wide application prospect and is suitable for the promotion.
