In recent years,along with the continuous and rapid development of our country road transportation enterprise and the extraordinary growth of the vehicle population,traffic is increasing,This result in a considerable part of asphalt pavement have appeared a degree of early damages,which not only brought great hidden danger to traffic safety and comfort,but also caused huge economic losses.At the same time,the domestic society is facing the problem of environmental pollution caused by waste tires and waste plastics.Shandong Jianzhu University Laboratory has researched stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modifier by melt-mixing method,so the produced waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt has great storage stability,which not only improve performance of asphalt pavement,but also can effectively solve the problem of “black pollution” and “white pollution” caused by waste tires and waste plastics.At present,we still lack comprehensive study about pavement performance of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt.Therefore this paper research pavement performance prediction models of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt by using laboratory test,and then these prediction models are verified,to make up for this gap.At first,we refer to 70?viscosity prediction model of rubber and plastic modified asphalt,propose a relation between modifier content and pavement performance of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt,use this relation to establish the prediction modle of high-temperature performance,low-temperature performance,fatigue performance and aging performance of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt.Secondly,we adopt indoor experiment,research and analysis pavement performance ofstabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt with penetration grade and SHRP PG performance grade,and calculate the linear relationship between pavement performance and modifier content.At the same time,in order to determine coefficient of performance prediction models,we also analysis same performance of stabilized rubber modified asphalt and 70# matrix asphalt.Finally,we establish pavement performanc prediction models of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt according to experimental dates,and then these prediction models are verified.The indicators used to establish prediction models include penetration,softening point,dynamic viscosity of 60 ?,rutting factor G*/sin? of original asphalt and asphalt after short-term aging;ductility of 10?,S value and m value of BBR;fatigue factor G*sin?;penetration?softening point?60?dynamic viscosity?10?ductility after short-term aging;penetration?softening point after long-term aging.The research and analysis of this paper reach the results that with the increase of the content of modifier,high-temperature performance?low-temperature performance and fatigue performance of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt and stabilized rubber modified asphalt are improved;except the ductility of 10?,there is an evident linear relationship between pavement performance of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt and stabilized rubber modified asphalt and the dosage of modifier,the correlation coefficient |R| is between 0.9~1;the linear relationship between aging condition(such as the penetration ratio)of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt and stabilized rubber modified asphalt and the dosage of modifier is poor,but there is an evident linear relationship between performance index of residual asphalt after short term aging and long term aging and the dosage of modifier,except the ductility of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt,the correlation coefficient|R| is between0.9~1;The correlation between the predicted value of pavement performance prediction models and the measured value is strong.The purpose of this paper is to promote the development and improvement of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt technology,these performance prediction models provide a quantitative method for evaluating the performance of stabilized waste rubber and plastic polymer alloy modified asphalt,these performance predictionmodels have the innovative and practical significance.
