Stabilized rubber modified asphalt is composed of the appropriate grade of recycled polymer and industrial polymer-based auxiliary materials,the use of self-developed rubber molecular chain finishing,molecular weight control and stabilization of the composite reaction technology to produce a stable rubber modifier The substrate asphalt is obtained by conventional preparation,Is a special type of rubber asphalt,compared with the traditional rubber asphalt is not easy to segregation,gradation applicability,road performance close to SBS,especially in environmental protection and economic benefits advantages and other advantages.However,there are few studies on the stabilized rubber modified asphalt,which lacks the specification for the stable rubber modified asphalt,which mainly depends on the traditional rubber asphalt technical requirements.Although the traditional rubber asphalt has the advantage of reducing road noise and production cost,but a lot of research shows that rubber asphalt for continuous gradation of road performance is not good,usually only for intermittent gradation and high content(not less than 18 %),And thus lead to poor economic efficiency.And the current application of rubber powder density is relatively large prone to segregation,resulting in the need for on-site production,while the production process will produce pungent odor,which is not conducive to improving the construction environment,the above reasons limit the popularity of rubber asphalt.However,stable rubber asphalt through a special production process(mainly desulfurization),reducing the molecular weight,forming a variety of stable rubber modifier,not only inherited the advantages of traditional rubber asphalt,but also to prepare the modified asphalt can not easily Segregation,gradation applicability,both good road performance,environmental advantages,so start its research will guide the construction of great benefit.In order to better reflect the technical characteristics of stable rubber modified asphalt,this paper selected three representative stability rubber modifier,namely RLC,PCM-P,RHC(from Shanghai R & D New Materials Co.,Ltd.,the three main The difference is that the production process is different lead to different molecular weight),and two kinds of common modified asphalt were SBS,rubber modifiedasphalt(40 mesh,from Hebei Cangzhou)as the control group.In order to reflect the performance of the stabilized rubber asphalt,the influence of the dosage on the performance of the asphalt was studied by changing the content of the modifier(at 5%interval).Combined with the experimental results and comprehensive evaluation index,The optimum dosage of three kinds of modified asphalt is proposed.As the current research on SBS and rubber asphalt has been a lot,in order to facilitate the study,this paper SBS and rubber asphalt content were set at 4.5%,20%,and in the best amount of the case,compared the selected modified Asphalt performance difference.In order to compare the performance of the stabilized rubber modified asphalt mixture,the AC-13 and AR-AC13 are designed for the case that SBS is mainly used for continuous gradation and ordinary rubber asphalt is mainly used for discontinuous gradation.With five groups of mix design.Then the road performance(high temperature performance,low temperature performance and water stability)of the asphalt mixture were compared based on the mix design results.The results show that the stabilized rubber modified asphalt mixture has excellent anti-rutting performance,good low temperature cracking resistance and water damage resistance.Finally,the relative environmental impact of the stabilized rubber modified asphalt mixture was analyzed qualitatively,and the application cost was analyzed quantitatively from the production cost of the raw material and the mixture.The results show that the stable rubber modified asphalt has the advantages of good environmental protection value and high cost performance,Worthy of popularization and application.
