| In the context of urban renewal, with the adjustment of urban industrial structure and the expansion of urban functions, the old industrial building heritage located in the central area of the city is facing the risk of being demolished. The demolition of old industrial building heritage will cause problems of losing industrial civilization, damaging urban texture, and wasting urban resources, leading to the urgent transformation of old industrial building heritage. In this context, the "13th Five Year Plan for the Development of Cultural Industries" published by the Ministry of Culture in 2017 proposed to promote the integration of cultural and creative industries with consumer industries, encourage the integration of culture with construction, real estate and other industries, and build characteristic towns with cultural connotations. This policy provides policy guidance for the integration and development of old industrial architectural heritage and cultural and creative industries. This article focuses on the convergence between old industrial buildings and cultural and creative industries in the process of integration, exploring the adaptability of transforming old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks,as well as the influencing factors of adaptive transformation,in order to provide practical and feasible design strategies for transforming old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks.Firstly,by studying and sorting out relevant literature at home and abroad,as well as analyzing the patterns and characteristics of old industrial buildings and cultural and creative industrial parks, the adaptability of the transformation of old industrial buildings and the integration of cultural and creative industries is analyzed from three aspects: location resource development, building spatial scale, and building value itself.Secondly, after comprehensively reviewing the theories and models of the two, field research and questionnaire surveys were conducted on four cases of old industrial buildings being transformed into cultural and creative industries in developed cities, laying the foundation for the subsequent construction of structural equation models of influencing factors. Then, based on case analysis and questionnaire data analysis, the influencing factors of adaptive reuse were selected, research hypotheses were proposed, and a survey questionnaire on the influencing factors of adaptive reuse in the transformation of old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks was designed, distributed, and recycled.A model of the influencing factors of adaptive reuse of old industrial buildings was constructed using Structural Equation Modeling(AMOS),and the proposed research hypotheses were validated through path analysis based on the data. Finally, based on the analysis results of the questionnaire data and structural equation model,an adaptive reuse strategy for old industrial buildings facing the cultural and creative industry is proposed from three aspects:external environment, internal space, and industrial site environment. At the end of this chapter, the Manchuria Japanese Russian Historical and Cultural Block in Hulunbuir City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is selected as the renovation project.Combining the existing problems of the block and the usage needs of the surrounding population, the adaptive renewal design of the Manchuria Japanese Russian Historical Block is carried out using strategies from three aspects: external environment, internal space, and industrial site environment,in order to provide strategic guidance for the transformation of old industrial buildings into cultural and creative industrial parks. |
