| Reconstructive reuse of old industrial building has become an important subjectfaced by the current development of Chinese cities. Its research is of greatsignificance and realistic value in many aspects. Based on the theory ofCommunication, this article analyzes the factors related to the communicator, information, media and audience of creative industrial transformation design of oldindustrial buildings, summarizes the logical relationship and put forward propagationmode. Finally, on the basis of communication, we will make the focus of the studyreturn to architectural ontology research and put forward design concepts and designmethod that provide a new method for transformation design on old industrialbuilding. The first chapter of the paper introduces the research background, significanceand purpose of reuse in the old industrial buildings. In the same time, we summarizethe overview of binding studies between Architecture and Communication andprovide theoretical basis for crossover study between Communication and oldindustrial buildings. The second chapter elaborates overview of the transformation of old industrialbuilding and related theories on Communication and has a deeper understanding ondevelopment overview of old industrial building and Communication. The third chapter discusses communicator, information, media and audience onthe creative industrial transformation of old industrial building, analyzes spreadingfactor influence on the transformation design of old industrial building and putforward propagation mode on the transformation design of old industrial building. The fourth chapter states the design concept and principles of the creativeindustrial transformation design of old industrial building so as to guide the nextspecific design in the view of communication theory. The fifth chapter put forward specific methods to the creative industrialtransformation design of old industrial building. At last, we summarize innovative points and key points in the paper and point outthe existing problems and future research. |
