| Ultrasonic motor is a new type of Small Special Electrical Machines,developed rapidly in recent years,that operate with the inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramics in different from the traditional electromagnetic motor.which transform the excitation signal of electrical energy into mechanical energy of the high frequency vibration,and then torque through the friction coupling between stator and rotor.It has the advantages of small volume,low speed and large torque,no electromagnetic interference,high positioning accuracy and flexible structure design.Therefore,ultrasonic motors are showing rapidly a broad application prospects in the field of aerospace,robotics,precision instruments and others.Ultrasonic motor in recent years has been widely concerned and researched.This paper proposes designs the structure improvement of comb type ultrasonic motor by making a deep analysis and Research on the traveling wave rotary ultrasonic motor.The teeth which are amplified in the original stator are divided into a plurality of teeth to form a comb structure,The scheme improves the comb structure of the stator,and proved the rationality of the structure scheme by studying on the structure modeling and simulation using finite element analysis software.Finally the structure improvement of comb type ultrasonic motor are designed based on the structure scheme.Ultrasonic motors need a special drive controller to drive because of require a special vibration mode of the stator.this paper designed the ultrasonic motor drive control system based on comb type ultrasonic motor simulation of the finite element simulation data.The hardware part of the design introduces the working principle and circuit design of each part of the driving device,and proved the rationality of driving device through circuit simulation and experimental analysis of the oscilloscope waveform.The software part of the design studied ultrasonic motor data acquisition system based on virtual instrument,and introduces the data transmission and the control method between the upper computer,the data acquisition card and the driver device.Finally,the two-dimensional test platform of the comb type ultrasonic motor is built,and test the transient performance of the ultrasonic motor,and analysis of the effects of various parameters on the ultrasonic motor performance test. |
