High speed deep groove hybrid ceramic ball bearing is widely used in national defense,aerospace machinery in our country areas and high speed precision CNC processing and other industries.In the high speed of molecular pump,bearing due to the characteristics of high speed,small size,easy to appear all sorts of phenomenon of bad lubrication,since the bad lubrication degree,result in loss of bearing contact area increases and the temperature increased dramatically.Followed the problem to be solved is how to bearing lubrication condition for effective analysis,in order to more accurately simulated condition,design a precise lubricating solution to improve the bearing lubrication state,improve the working stability and life of the bearing.Aiming at the problems in relevant research,a deep ditch ceramic ball bearing at high speed?QC0011286?as the research object,using the basic theory about deep groove ball bearings,high speed deep groove under the elastohydrodynamic lubrication is established ceramic ball bearing calculation model and method,for the high speed deep groove ceramic ball bearing lubrication improvement has a certain guiding significance.?1?Using the Siemens NX bearing a three-dimensional model is established,based on Hertz contact theory,established the deep groove ceramic ball bearing contact statics theory model,and analysis the high-speed bearing deep groove parts in the process of ceramic ball movement relationship,won the preliminary determine the calculation method of pressure bearing contact area.?2?Use after mirror polishing ceramic ball?Si3N4?and bearing steel?GCr15?in multifunctional friction and wear testing machine for friction test and measure friction coefficient and friction coefficient after comparing typical values,it is concluded that the bearing pressure area preliminary judgement lubrication condition.?3?By using elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory established the deep groove ceramic ball bearing lubrication calculation model,and by using the Reynolds equation of the bearing contact area pressure and oil film thickness and dimensionless by FORTRAN language iterative solution in VISUAL STUDIO environment.Contact pressure and film thickness is obtained by dimension reduction matrix,the matrix for processing imported to matlab,contact pressure and film thickness of the cloud.?4?Through comparing the results of simulation and the traditional formula,the results vary in a small range,to verify the accuracy and efficiency of calculation model and method in this paper.Overloading at high speed and low speed and light load conditions,with different viscosity of lubricating oil,bearing different speed and load conditions for the simulation calculation,it is concluded that the bearing contact area pressure,film thickness and oil viscosity respectively,the relationship between the bearing speed,load;Of groove curvature radius coefficient of bearing lubrication state also has carried on the simulation,the influence of the bearing have been determined inside and outside groove curvature radius coefficient value;Through summarizing a variety of lubricating oil influence on bearing lubrication state,it is concluded that the bearing in high speed under the best lubricant viscosity value range.To sum up,based on the theory of statics into high-speed deep groove ball bearing is studied under the static load distribution and use of tribology,fluid mechanics,mechanics of elasticity theory to study the channel such as coefficient of curvature radius of contact pressure and the influence of lubricant film thickness,and lubricant viscosity,speed,load on the contact pressure and the influence of film thickness,by exploring the bearing under the condition of the high speed light load operation,the lubrication characteristics of ceramic ball bearing;And bearing in high speed under the best lubricant viscosity range,to the design of deep groove ceramic ball bearings and lubrication state optimization provides practical engineering value.
