Energy and environment have become two major problems faced by all the countries in the world.How to solve these two major problems,has become the focus of scientific workers around the world.Air source heat pump is an important technology to deal with energy problems.However,the use of air source heat pump in rural areas and how to use the effect,we have to be examined.The main content of this paper is to study the effect of air source heat pump and heat sink on residential heating in Beijing rural area.And the substitution experiments were carried out in the unit.The main research contents are as follows:The air source heat pump with radiator system in rural area of Beijing was tested.The paper introduces the testing content,including engineering survey,test parameters and equipment;because the water temperature is reduced,according to the theoretical calculation results show that increasing the number of radiator is enough without changing the indoor radiator type.Through the analysis of test data show that during the entire test process,although the fluctuation of outdoor temperature range is large,the coefficient performance air source heat pump is very small,the COP is maintained at more than 2.5,up to 3.25,the average coefficient of performance of COP is 2.8;the indoor temperature keep well stability and can meet the demand of indoor heating in winter.The air source heat pump with floor radiant system in the rural area of Beijing was also tested.The results show that when using the air source heat pump with floor radiant heating system,the indoor temperature environment can also achieve a good level,fully in line with the needs of rural households.During the test process,the indoor temperature remained stable,the unit’s COP was maintained at more than 2.5 during the whole test period,the highest was 3.9,the lowest was also 2.4 and the average of COP was 3.17.The performance was stable and reliable.Based on a series of problems exists in the commonly used refrigerants current of R22 in Beijing,such as high exhaust temperature,high exhaust pressure and power consumption of the compressor is high,carried out experimental study on the substitution of refrigerant for the cold area.Three kinds of working fluid such as R407 C,R410A and R417 A were selected to study on,and compared with R22 with the theoretical cycle calculation.The calculation results show that although the R417 A unit heating capacity and COP slightly lower,but its power consumption,condensing pressure,condensing temperature and other performance parameters are better than R407 C and R410 A,so it is a good substitute for R22.So R417 A was chosen for the experiment of best filling quantity,static heating experiment and dynamic experiment.The experimental results show that best filling quantity of the R22 unit was 2.7kg and the best filling quantity of R417 A is 2.5kg;heating capacity and COP of R22 is slightly higher than R417 A,but the compressor power consumption,compressor suction and exhaust temperature and the compressor suction and exhaust pressure performance of R417 A were better than R22,so it is a good substitute for the application of R22 in Beijing cold area.This study provides a theoretical basis and technical support for the application of air source heat pump in northern cold regions.
