Research On The Protection And Utilization Planning Of Ecological Sensitive Area In Changzhou City

With the development of urbanization in China,environment pollution has made a huge impact on the ecological environment.The construction of ecological civilization has become the focus of landscape architecture.At the same time,Changzhou city is one of the fast developing areas in Jiangsu province and the whole country.Because of the rapid development of economy and the rapid increase of population,the ecological environment is facing unprecedented pressure.How to realize the effective protection and continuous improvement of the ecological environment in the process of rapid urbanization is one of the important problems in Changzhou city.This study takes Changzhou city of Jiangsu Province as the main research object,we choose the ecological sensitivity area based on the rules of how to divide the research object,and based on the GIS platform to study the ecological sensitivity of Changzhou city.The ecological sensitivity of Changzhou city was analyzed by means of topographic factors,land factors,climatic factors,geological factors,biological diversity factors,soil vulnerability factors and habitat sensitivity factors.The paper puts forward the protection and utilization countermeasures,including macro and micro level,the paper analyzes and expounds the overall scale spatial pattern of Changzhou ecological sensitive area,which is the main research object.The main conclusions of the research are as follows:(1)Based on GIS analysis of urban ecological sensitive area is a new way,its biggest advantage is that it can directly reflect the distribution of ecological sensitive in Changzhou City.Changzhou urban area is not sensitive and light sensitive areas accounted for 60%of the total area of Changzhou City,while the area of sensitive area is relatively small,accounting for less than 40%of total area of Changzhou city.(2)The research control system is divided into two levels,macro and micro.Macro level delineated ecological sensitive area macro control line,focusing on controlling the overall size and spatial pattern of ecological sensitive areas within the urban area,and according to the characteristics of ecological sensitive area type,divided the control area.The micro level of ecological sensitive area is determined by the micro level,which is the specific way of protecting and utilizing the ecological resources through spatial subdivision.(3)The purpose of ecological sensitive area planning is to guide the ecological protection of the region,control regional construction activities,and promote regional sustainable development.
