Research On The Living Space Of Universality Nursing Home

The results of social contradictions and economic pressures stemming from the aging population have promoted the transformation of pension concept and model..Based on the problems such as wrong position of China's pension market,the mismatching of supply and demand,the detachment of design and operation etc.,this paper put forward a new "universal" nursing home space design concept.The "universal applicability" nursing homes are not being paid attention to because of the programmed management and increasingly enter into the plight of the welfare facilities model;The new nursing homes separate from the blind pursuit of the luxury hotel style which is superficial,high-end and ignores the applicability,They base on the creation of a dignified and comfortable living environment for the elderly.At first,coming up with the research background,purpose and meaning of the subject as well as the definition of the relevant concepts has explained the scope of this study.The direction of this research,its idea and concept have been respectively pointed out by the summary of related research at home and abroad on the one hand,and briefly introduced by the setting frame on the other hand.Secondly,with the combination of living behavior of the elderly,the analyses of both the common features and regularity of the case of excellent nursing home at home and abroad as well as its design concept and essentials can give us some experience and revelation.Thirdly,we can observe the utilization of them with field investigation in Changchun Yikang and Beijing Changyou nursing homes to meet their ideas and requirements.Additionally,with the combination of interviews and contexts,we can analyze the using problem then put forward solutions,making the design and operation coordinated well.Finally,this paper put forward the "old man" as the core of the design strategy.In the face of the end of their own life,the elderly have restrictions on behavior broughtby physical and mental disabilities.But they also eager to be mentally and vitality as the young.In this paper,the human body dimension,physiological needs,psychological needs,behavior patterns and nursing needs of the elderly are studied carefully.Technical methods will provide convenient living conditions for the elderly.Barrier free living space,suitable physical environment,safe equipment and facilities,reasonable functional layout and creative design and artistic decoration,It also combines the interdisciplinary research of gerontology,environmental behavior,environmental psychology and nursing,conducts architectural design and interior design creation and creates the impressing nursing home space with the universal applicability for the elderly.
