With the haze weather has hit most of the provinces in China, the green building materials has attracted more and more attention, the construction dust and straw burning in rural areas is one of the reasons for the formation of haze. The straw bale and wood is a natural environmentally friendly building materials, If applied the straw bale to construction, not only can changing waste into valuables and cost low, but also meet the construction of new socialist countryside and sustainable development requirements.Compared with the foreign ring beam between the wood truss and straw bale wall, wood truss structure is not only reasonable stress, and material saving, convenient manufacture.This paper making experimental research on the bearing capacity to the wood truss on straw bale wall with no plastering, full plastering, part plastering and full plastering after preloading, using finite element analysis software ANSYS 14.5 to simulate the force condition of wood truss on no plastering and full plastering straw bale wall, the main contents are as follows:(1) Material behavior test for straw bales, cement mortar and the wood of wood truss in this paper, getting their physical and mechanical property index, provide the theoretical basis for bearing capacity test of wooden trusses, while providing important parameters for finite element simulation.(2) Making experimental research on the bearing capacity to the wood truss on straw bale wall with no plastering, full plastering, part plastering (wood truss bottom chord lower left 100mm gap), and full plastering after preloading design load, compared the experiment phenomenon and the destruction in test process of wood trusses, getting their relationship between load and displacement, ultimate bearing capacity and force conditions of wood truss members, verity the stability influence of depth-thickness ratio and cement mortar layer on composite wall. Test results show that the ultimate bearing load is much larger than the design of wood truss, meet the requirement of bearing capacity, straw bale and wood truss composite wall surface with cement mortar can improve its overall stability.Among them, the wood truss on straw bale wall with full plastering after preloading design load has the highest bearing capacity and the best stability.(3) Through the finite element analysis software to simulate and analysis the force condition of wood truss on straw bale wall with no plastering and full plastering, obtained the load-displacement curve of specimens and the stress distribution of wood truss members in ideal situation and compared with experimental values, the results are in good agreement, which provide a theoretical basis for wood truss as a ring beam between wooden frame and straw bale wall will be applied to the practical engineering.
