Fossil fuels such as coal,oil,drying up and environment pollution problem increasingly prominent,world wide for a sustainable clean energy such as solar energy,wind energy research emphasis is increasing.Wind power is a kind of renewable clean energy,and is the fastest growing renewable energy power generation technology and the most mature one way,already have large-scale commercial development and technical and economic conditions.Energy storage system can real time according to the actual circumstance of power grid dynamic absorb or release energy,so in a proper amount of join in wind energy storage system can be reasonable allocation of wind farm output power.The characteristics of the energy storage system determines the energy storage system can effectively solve the problem of energy distribution and demand contradiction in China.In addition energy storage system can also achieve peak cutting function.The above features determines the energy storage system of energy storage system is a necessary part of power system construction in our country in the future.Wind joint storage systems connected to the electricity grid can influence to the reliability of the power grid,at the same time,the efficiency of wind farms will change.In order to improve the efficiency of wind power,and improve the reliability of the wind storage system,this paper mainly do the following work.First on the actual wind wind resources and wind wind power characteristic analysis,based on BPA areas of the United States wind power data for time series and spatial correlation method comparison and analysis of wind power prediction method,studies have shown that two kinds of forecasting method the wind power generators,error analysis,time series method to reflect the better scheduling.The current commonly used energy storage devices are summarized,and the way of energy storage model is commonly used in research are summarized.Finally briefly summarizes the current energy storage system interconnection of common way,constructs used in this article the wind storage combined power generation system model.Second reliability and economical efficiency evaluation system is established.In assessing applications,the example of application of two kinds of different simulation methods RTS79 reliability of the testing system,and compared after the wind generator will replace part of conventional unit as reliability,increase the reliability of wind turbines after changes,increase the reliability of the wind after the joint power storage system change;Introduces methods for power system economy standards and assessment index,and the output of the wind field actual fan are corresponding simulation analysis.Wind joint storage systems connected to the electricity grid can influence to the reliability of the power grid,at the same time,the efficiency of wind farms will change.Reliability can show the parameters such as power less than expected to performance;Economy changes can reflect by power generation cost and so on,this article will combine the grid reliability index and economic index,put forward a new objective function to optimize the wind energy storage capacity and optimization on RTS79 system is verified.In this paper,the research has obtained certain achievements,but there are still shortcomings,mainly from and the following:Ignore may affect the reliability of the system of transmission line transmission capacity of the limit of the phenomenon;There exists a wave phenomenon in the simulation results,it is necessary to explore further simulation.
