It is barely to carry out a work about the flight data transmission or applications with the rapid development of the General Aviation(GA)in current stage.G1000 system as the most extensive and mature integrated avionics for the GA aircraft at the current time includes data acquisition,display,storage and other functions.The ground station obtains the flight data through the way that the maintenance copy files stored in the SD card of G1000 regularly,so it does not implement the wireless transmission to convey data.Based on the research subject that flight data monitoring platform for General Aviation(GA-FDM),the flight data wireless transmission platform based on G1000 was designed and developed by analogy to the WQAR technology implanting in Commercial Aviation(CA)in this paper,which could make the flight data transmission possible after the flight.Firstly,the components and internal cross-linking of the G1000 system were described,and flight data stored in SD card had been analyzed in detail.Under such bases,the design scheme of the wireless transmission platform using WiFi technology was given.Secondly,At the step of data preprocessing,the LZW compression algorithm was improved to reduce data redundancy and the 128bit-AES encryption algorithm packet were developed to enhance the security of data wireless transmission.Thirdly,the whole structure of the client hardware system based on Exynos 4412 was showed,and a PCB cross-interface between the client hardware system and G1000 SD card was designed.Meanwhile,the development of the wireless transmission platform client and server-side software applications was completed by Qt.Finally,with the use of client,wireless router,routing repeaters and server,the wireless transmission platform was built to examine it's effectiveness and efficiency.The results showed that the transmission platform hardware and software systems could run stably,which achieved the expected purpose of wireless transmission for the GA flight data.
