With the ever-growing urban population and continued improve of people’s life quality,the requirements for solar environment of inhabitants is no longer confined to the indoor lighting,event venues sunshine environment has been laid more emphasis on.The present situation that part of the residential areas in the planning are designed on a perspective which is lack of field’s solar environment result in a series of problems including less sunshine shadow in summer,short duration of sunshine in winter and so on.These problems have a great impact on the quality of event venues sunshine environment of residential areas.This thesis’ s research object is based on resident event venues in winter cities.First,it summarize the related theoretical research and practical measures of field‘s solar environment in residential areas at home and abroad.Then,with the evaluation method which is a combination of qualitative and quantitative study,it makes mathematical statistics and post occupancy evaluation in composition,rule of activity time,behavior category and satisfaction degree of field’s users.On this foundation,it simulates the sunshine situation of residential areas in winter cities in a common way using Ecotect,a sunshine-analysis software,and evaluate the physical solar environment mainly based on the duration and coverage area of sunshine.Finally,it design and optimize the problems found in the evaluation of the use condition and the physical environment following 3 respects: using the plane sunshine time line method including the method of shading combined with intensive activity time for users to optimize;through the void ratio,depth-width ratio,orientation of a single building together with the center-towel and staggered optimization layout forms of building groups to design and optimize the buildings;through planting and configuration of green vegetation to design and optimize the green vegetation.This paper strives to establish a theoretical framework and reference foundation to reduce the known or possible impact of field‘s solar environment in residential areas to the lowest point.I hope that this research can provide helpful exploration of a healthy and comfortable field’s solar environment in residential areas through this research.
