| The phenomenon of "counter industrialization" impels the primary industry to move away from the city gradually,and the abandoned industrial areas have become a persistent disease of the city.Due to the promotion and expansion of urban construction,the old industrial area has changed from the urban fringe area to the urban center area,with superior geographical location and extremely distinctive characteristics of the times and industry.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study how to protect and reuse it.With the progress of modern science and technology and the continuous improvement of people’s demand for spiritual culture and entertainment,China’s emerging e-sports industry has developed rapidly in recent years,but it is faced with the problem that the scale of E-sports venues as an online download body does not match the growing e-sports industry.Therefore,the local government encourages the transformation of old factory space into E-sports venues,and relevant policies are constantly improving,which creates a good social environment for the practice of transforming old industrial buildings into E-sports venues.This paper selects the old industrial buildings as the transformation carrier,based on the theory of building recycling,organic renewal,symbiosis and sustainable development,analyzes the type,scale and characteristics of the old industrial buildings,as well as the functional composition and space demand of the e-sports venues,and constructs the theory combined with the actual transformation case analysis.This paper summarizes the characteristics and transformation principles of old industrial buildings suitable for transforming into E-sports venues from the architectural level,analyzes the advantages of transforming old industrial buildings into E-sports venues from the social level,makes in-depth research on the functional space design of E-sports venues,and summarizes the transformation design strategies from three aspects of internal space,external environment and ecological design,so as to make a more systematic and comprehensive elaboration,Forming a complete theoretical system.Finally,taking the reconstruction plan of Beijing Shougang Ertong plant as an example,through the two routes of theory and practice,this paper discusses how to carry out the function replacement,so as to protect the industrial heritage,activate the urban space,and create a pluralistic and inclusive urban environment,hoping to make a positive contribution to the renewal and transformation of the old industrial area and the industrial structure adjustment of the city. |
