Today,the development of the science and technology are very rapid,as well as the industry.It driving the level of production automation has made a breakthrough in leaps and bounds.However,it has been a difficult problem in the field of hydraulic measurement when measuring the dynamic flow rate.Because of the large pulse of flow and pressure,it has been the hot topic in china for a long time.And because the meshing gear flowmeter,resulting in the complexity of vibration and oil flow,it driving the instantaneous variation of flow pulsation in the course of the work,especially in high pressure environment,the harm and the impact will be greater.In view of this situation,in this paper,take the Volumetric Gear flowmeter as the research object,through the information obtained by the theoretical knowledge and experimental proof,to simulate the measurement situation of dynamic flow signal at high pressure side.This paper mainly introduces the simulation platform of flow speed,the converter is driven by PLC,when the converter is working,it drives motor to achieve different speed of motor,make it easy to simulate the steady and dynamic experiments of gear flowmeter.Then using Labview to measure the signal of the dynamic flowmeter,through the experiment,making the response frequency of dynamic gear flowmeter achieves the 25Hz.In this paper,the Fluent software is used to simulate and analyze the trapped oil of the gear flowmeter,and simplify the gear flowmeter,then divide the mesh,by the setting of boundary conditions and the selection of other relevant parameters.The pressure distribution,velocity distribution and turbulence distribution of the gear flowmeter are analyzed,it has certain reference value for the future research and design of the gear flowmeterFinally,design the software interface aimed at measurement of dynamic performance of flowmeter,first briefly introduces the dynamic performance of flowmeter test rig and its components,and then briefly introduces the DSPS data acquisition system,using the flowmeter signal acquisition and processing graphics.Finally,the interface design of the software is completed,and the displacement,velocity and acceleration are measured to reflect the change of the flow rate of the flowmeter.
