| In this paper,the application of the plate heat pipe solar hot water system in Changchun area is taken as the research object.The annual operating conditions of the system were measured.And on this basis,simulation to study the practical application of such systems in severe cold areas.The main research work and conclusions are as follows:1.In this paper,the real-time data(hot water system collector temperature,the solar irradiance,heat collection and other parameters were measured)of the hot water system are measured and the data are analyzed by first:(1)Hot water system collector temperature,the solar irradiance,the instantaneous heat collection efficiency and the instantaneous heat collection are analyzed.The diurnal variation trend is increased first and then decreased,and the collector temperature reaches the maximum at about 13:00.The solar irradiance reaches the maximum at 11: 30 to 12: 00.Instantaneous heat collection efficiency reaches the maximum at 10: 30 to 11: 00.Instantaneous heat collection reaches the maximum at 11: 00 to 11: 30;(2)The hot water system month of the daily total heat and the daily average heat collection efficiency are analyzed.The two values declined from 2838kw·h and 53% to 1811kw·h and 39% between September and March.From the decline can be seen,the total heat collection by the seasonal changes in the impact;(3)The point of view of the solar energy assurance rate of the hot water system,the solar energy guarantee rate of the hot water system in the four seasons of spring,summer,autumn and winter is 38,respectively,and the solar energy guarantee rate is 38 %,85%,68%,23%,in winter and spring,hot water system can only be used.The heat of the user a small part of the heat,the vast majority is to rely on the outside of the other auxiliary heat source to meet the heat needs of hot users in the summer and autumn,the hot water system only need other external heat source to supply some heat to meet the hot Hot demand.2.The TRNSYS simulation platform is built with the actual system as the prototype.The actual operation data and the simulation data are compared and analyzed,and the correctness and reliability of the simulation platform are verified from several angles.The simulating platform is used to simulate the installation angle of the collector,and the annual heat collection and annual heat collection of the hot water system at different installation angles are given.From the simulation data analysis gives the maximum set of heat for each month corresponding to the collector installation angle(the average angle of the month)and the maximum set of heat corresponding to the collector installation angle(the average angle of the month).The results show that the system used throughout the year when the collector installation angle by latitude is not reasonable.The system set The actual use of the actual year when the installation angle should be 40 °.The system used throughout the year when the installation of its collector angle of inclination or seasonal changes in the set is the most reasonable in theory.This method should be used as far as practicable. |
