As the cogeneration centralized heating with energy efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection and other advantages,China's urban hea ting has been formed "to coal-fired cogeneration and large-scale boiler room centralized heating,scattered coal-fired boilers and other clean(Or renewable)energy heating,supplemented by " heating pattern.With the development of urban central heating,heat transport distance is prolonged,the complexity of the heating pipelines along the way to improve the long-range high differential heat and power generation projects increased year by year.The development of such project design and its technical and economic feasibility due to the differences in the conditions of each project will come to different conclusions.If the design of a reasonable plan,in the latter part of the implementation will be more effective,otherwise it will be less effective.This makes it very important to scientifically develop such a project design.In this paper,the use of software simulation and theoretical analysis of the combination of the project to the actual project as the background for a special study.Firstly,four kinds of design schemes are developed based on flowra software-assisted hydraulic calculation,and the relevant stress analysis is carried out based on different design pressure level and pipe network pressurization scheme.Then,from the initial investment,running cost,etc.Multi-angle analysis and comparison of different design options,through the screening to determine the initial design,and concluded that such projects using a higher design pressure level,distributed pressure can achieve better economi c benefits of the conclusions;and then for multi-heat source networking program From the economic and environmental benefits of two aspects of quantitative analysis,the cogeneration project for the implementation of multi-heat source network to achieve better economic and environmental benefits of the conclusions,and accordingly improve the program to form the final design;AFT Fathom and AFT Impulse software are used to analyze the dynamic water hammer in the accident condition,and the system is analyzed under the condition of the accident,such as the large scale of the pipe network,the long distance of the transmission trunk,the height difference and the high design parameters.Of the security,on the one hand to develop the necessary security improvement measures,the other side In the face of the calculation results to be analyzed and used,a reasonable pressure station power supply program,reduce the project difficulty,saving engineering investment.This study provides a technical support for the optimal design of the long-range high differential thermoelectric power generation heating pipe network.It has very practical significance for the formulation of the optimal design scheme of similar projects.
