| In recent years,both foreign and domestic,industrial housing has become increasingly hot topic,a great trend to lead the trend.Compared with the developed countries,China’s industrial housing started late,the reason is that foreign has been very early into the pursuit of the quality of residential stage,and the domestic has not yet get rid of the number of residential pursuit.However,as people’s living standards improve,the direction of demand for housing is gradually changing,from the quantitative to the quality of the transition.With the accelerated process of urbanization,the pace of rural construction is gradually accelerating,and the country for the construction of new rural areas also pay special attention.Which gave the opportunity to develop industrial housing.The research direction of this paper is the study of rural residential design in rural areas of Northeast China.Northeast rural areas,has a special regional,cultural,ethnic,and the building of the farm form,building materials and construction methods are still relatively backward.Through the introduction of industrialization,this paper designs and studies the rural residential areas in Northeast China,and aims to improve the living environment of the northeast peasants and keep up with the progress of urbanization.This paper analyzes the necessity of developing industrialized residential buildings in rural areas in Northeast China,and expounds the development of rural residential industrialization in China,and summarizes the development bottleneck of industry,technology,cost and culture.Draw lessons from the development experience of residential industry in developed countries or regions,analyze the case of industrialization of urban and rural residential areas in Northeast China;analyze the structural form,key technical problems and design principles in industrialized residential design,Theoretical Foundation of Rural Industrialized Residential Building Design.Finally,the targeted design of rural industrialization projects in rural areas of Northeast China is expected to provide some reference for the construction of rural industrial housing in rural areas in the future,so as to improve the quality of life of farmers. |
