Study On The Spatial Modular Design Of Residentia Units Under The Development Of Housing Industrialization

In recent years,a series of problems such as environmental pollution,energy shortage,and low utilization of land become more and more serious.In order to adapt to the needs of the development of the green Modernization,China has been put forward the development strategy--housing industrialization for the construction industry.The strategy means of the way of building need to adapt to the requirement of i ndustrial production and construction,and it will make traditional modular design chang e to the integrated and customized.Thus this paper tries to study the modular design to e xplore the industrialization of residential building design.The first is to implement the theoretical framework.On the basis of defining the related concepts such as "module","modulus" and "modular architecture" and "modular design",the author categorized the building system with modularization,described the influence factors of the modular design of the building,and finally made the internal relation and mutual shadow between the modular design and the construction of the housing industrialization.The second is to conclude and summarize the design method.Through teasing the process of building modular construction,the author the design method as two aspects,one is the modular design idea of the building body and the other is the modular design idea of the building interior space.What's more,the design method of modular design is summarized from three aspects: block combination,monomer change and module decomposition.The third is to analyze the modular design of residential unit space.From the basic analysis to the number of residential space modules,the module design of the bathroom module,the kitchen and the dining kitchen is sorted separately.Finally,the author listed three applications of the modular design in the residential forms.The last is to simulation practice project.Through the establishment of the residential unit space module library,according to the difference of enclosure and public,the decomposed residential unit space can be divided into three types,that is,closed space,semi open space and open space.Then,four modules are selected to be applied in the residential unit module library,and a set of residential buildings is simulated.At last,the author summarized the advantages of modular design in architectural design,and verified the feasibility of modular design in residential building.This thesis aims at that through the research on modular design in residential unit space,it can help to improve our understanding of space module.Through the study of the modular design of the building,it is hoped to promote the improvement of the residential industry chain in the architectural design stage so as to help the development of the housing industry in China and the prospect of the modernization of our country.
