With the development of building industry in China and the implementation of a series of national policy,it can be predicted for sure that prefabricated steel structure residential building in China will embrace a huge developing opportunities in the 13 th Five-Year Plan period.However,the technical issue of the enclosure structure system is always a most urgent problem which hampers development of steel structure residential building,therefore,the innovation of the technique of the interior panels,which is an important part of the enclosure structure system in steel structure residential building,is of great significance to the development of the steel structure residential building.The integral interior sandwich composite panels in this paper can improve the construction efficiency besides solving the sound insulation problem of the steel beam.The steel beam and the wallboard is made to form a whole and installed in situ at the same time,which is different from the mechanical mode of the conventional steel structure construction.And also as to the lack of relevant regulations atlas or mature experience in engineering application,it is necessary to analyze the structural performance of interior sandwich composite panels before practical engineering application.Firstly,through the experiment of 3 integral interior sandwich composite panels under vertical load,this paper analyzed the failure mode,the cracking load,load-deflection curve,the stress distribution of each part and crack propagation of the interior sandwich composite panel.Secondly,on the basis of the experiment,the finite element models were established by using ABAQUS,and the accuracy of the finite element models were verified by the comparison between the finite element results and the experimental results.Finally,parametric analysis of structural performance was carried out to study the effects on the integral interior sandwich composite panels by reduce wallboard height,changing the concrete strength of wall panel,the thickness of wall panel and XPS plate.The research results of this paper can provide theoretical and data reference for the application of the integral interior sandwich composite panels,which has great theoretical and engineering significance to promote the development of domestic steel structure residential building.
