With the subway upgrading,the interaction between man and machine will become the norm for the subway staff.According to statistics in the complex man-machine system,human error is an important reason for reducing the level of system security.It is of great practical significance to study the human error of the dispatcher who is the decision-makers in the subway operating system.During the study,the biggest problem is the lack of human error data.The purpose of this paper is to solve the problem,then built the human error data collection method for subway dispatcher,so based on the characteristics of the traffic dispatching system and the task,the main interface of the ATS(Automatic Train Supervision)is designed,and the human error data are obtained through the simulator experiment method,and then these data are processed.At first,the background and significance of research on human error data in subway system are stated,and research status of human error data in nuclear power,aerospace and medical field and other fields are summarized,based on listing the exist methods of collecting human error data and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages,the methods used in this paper are determined,which are human error database and simulator experiment method.THERP(Technique for Human Error Rate Prediction)is proposed,including human error data obtained from the THERP manual and the methods for analyzing these data.The speci fic method is: based on the characteristics of subway driving scheduling system,this p aper takes Beijing Subway Line 1 as an example to introduce the ATS system and an alyze the man-machine interface of the subway.The scheduling tasks of subway travel are divided to four types,which leads to the scene task of the experimental part.The n,according to the operational characteristics of Beijing Subway Line 1,the main inte rface of ATS system is designed with visual C # software,and the operation flow of the experimental scenarios is described in detail.The original data obtained from the e xperiment are compared with the standard reaction time so that the human error data are obtained.At last,the human error data are classified and compared to calculate th e average and standard deviation of each experimental scenario in different modes of operation.According to the THERP method,the range of error rate is determined.In the conclusion,this paper summarizes the human error data acquisition method and processing process of the subway dispatcher,also prospects the research content for next phase.
