| With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the traditional rural settlements are suffering a disintegration reconstruction,the traditional mode of agricultural production has been changed accordingly as well.Meanwhile,rural areas are faced with series of problems:inefficient land use,hollowing-out,sharpening conflicts between the urban and rural areas and so on.The development of agricultural modernization has become an important starting point to solve these problems.As a agricultural modernization production mode,agricultural scale operation will be a linkage between industrial,rural and urban,which will promote regional economic development,land concentration and the rational flow of population.Therefore,based on the development of new urbanization,this paper introduces a new thinking dimension of agricultural scale management,studies the link between agricultural scale management and rural living space under the new situation,and puts forward the corresponding planning methods.Firstly,the article elaborates the theoretical basis of urban and rural development,human settlements science,scale operation and space production related to rural planning and agricultural scale operation,and confirms that the agricultural scale operation is the inevitable choice to achieve agricultural modernization combined with analyzing the current situation of domestic and international research.Secondly it starts from the development characteristics of the industrial,the life and the space in rural areas under the influence of agricultural scale operation,elaborates the transform in demand of the economic,social and ecological functions carried by the space,for figuring out the relationship between agricultural scale management and rural human settlements space.Otherwise,this paper sums up that the geographical location and transportation,urbanization,land transfer and renovation and industrial structure optimization comprise the influence mechanism of agricultural scale management,and summarizes the development experience through the detailed analysis of the different agricultural scale management modes of United States,France and Japan and the present characteristics and actuality of rural development in China.Based on the previous theoretical analysis,the forth part puts forward the organizational pattern and planning method of village system planning,land space organization and land use planning based on the view of moderate agriculture scale.Finally,this paper takes rural planning for Zhucheng of Xinzhou in Wuhan for example,and applies the theoretical models and methods proposed above to the planning practice in combination with the development conditions and current situation of the city.The upgrading of industry and the reshaping of functional space are the breakthroughs in exploring the road of transformation and transformation in rural areas.It is helpful to promote the development of agricultural modernization and the construction of new countryside to control the number of villages and the scale of population development reasonably according to the requirement of moderate scale production of agriculture and explore the hierarchical structure and spatial organization pattern of rural villages under the guidance of agricultural scale management.So as to effectively alleviate the conflicts between urban and rural dual structure,promote the coordinated development of urban and rural areas,and improve the production and living standards in rural areas basically. |
