Study On The Status Of China's Coastal Anchorage Based On AIS Data

In recent years,as the port cargo throughput continues to increase and the ship's large-scale development trend,the number and tonnage of ships are growing rapidly.The increase in ship traffic flow in the port waters,the gradual increase:in the saturation index of the port waterway,and the consequent increase in the saturation of the port anchorage.As a safe place to anchor in the port,the use of anchorage plays an important role in the safety of the anchored ships,the safety of the ships near the anchorage,the efficiency of the port operation and the safety supervision of the maritime affairs.However,the anchoring of the outer anchor in the coastal area of our country is serious,which not only reduce the utilization rate of anchorage,cause the waste of anchorage resources,but also seriously affect the safety of ships entering and exiting the anchorage and other normal navigation vessels near the anchorage.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the present situation of the use of coastal anchorage in China,analyze the problems of the use of the anchorage and the problems in the process of using it,and give the corresponding suggestions.First of all,this paper analyzes the related concepts of anchorage,anchorage setting,anchorage capacity and water occupation of anchored ships of the domestic and foreign,and elaborates the theoretical knowledge of data measurement and statistics.On basis of ship static,dynamic information provided by AIS,Dalian Port,Jinzhou Port,Jingtang Port,Caofeidian Port,Tianjin Port,Huanghua Port,Qingdao Port,Shanghai Port,Ningbo Zhoushan Port,Xiamen Port,Shenzhen Port more than 70 anchorage's mooring condition is carry on the long-term observation,statistics.Secondly,according to the results of the observation and statistics on the premise of access to large amounts of data,combined with the purpose of this study,eventually selected 10 anchorage which's status of anchor at the outer anchorage is serious.Anchorage capacity of the 10 anchorage,anchorage spacing as well as the utilization of the anchorage has carried on the statistics,analysis.The linear regression analysis between the anchorage spacing and the length is carried on by using SPSS software,the corresponding regression equation is obtained and compared with the specification.Finally,combined with the actual use of the anchorage,the reasons for the anchor at the outer anchorage are analyzed and reasonable suggestions are given to improve the utilization rate of the anchorage,so as to provide corresponding reference to ensure the safety of the anchor anchors and other ships near the anchorage,anchorage planning and maritime sector supervision.
