Research On Safety Evaluation And Management System For Anchored Vessels In Qingdao Anchorage

To strengthen safety management of Qingdao anchorage ground, and ensure having a good security insurance of anchorage ships in rough weather, this paper makes a statistic of main ship type of Qingdao port anchorage and dragging and dangerous cases in gales. Besides, this paper analyzes and illustrates how to unscramble gale warning information issued by meteorological department.On the basis of comparison among several of dragging risk evaluation models and methods, combining main type anchorage ships actual chain length on the condition of different forces of wind, this paper establishes chain length reference standards for general cargo ship and bulk carrier.Aiming at anchorage specific conditions and main ship types, using existing mathematical models of estimating distance between anchorage ships, this paper calculates safe distance between anchorage ships on the condition of different forces of wind. In addition, this paper verifies practical distance between Qingdao anchorage ships.On the basis of above mentioned work, this paper estimates anchored vessels safety evaluation and management system in Qingdao anchorage ground. The result of this paper has greatly contribution to the convenient, rapid management to anchored ships for port authority hourly. The research can help avoiding accident occurrences, including dragging or accidents owing to closely distance between anchored ships in windy weather.
