Recent years,With the rapid development of social economy in our city,the problem of urban traffic congestion has become increasingly prominent,while the rapid development of cars,urban public transport share has been declining trend.Although in 2012 the city has been listed as one of the first batch of 10 transit city construction pilot city Department of transportation,but as of now the city has yet to have a real sense of the bus lanes,bus can not enjoy the right of way optimization,the efficiency of public transportation system,public transportation attraction is declining,the rapid development of private motorized,will bring serious the challenge for the city traffic,and has made a great impact on the city public traffic.Therefore,how to guarantee the bus priority,for the implementation of the national transit city demonstration project,has important strategic significance to improve the city traffic congestion.Therefore,this paper combined with the reality of Chongqing,to carry out the planning of the bus lanes in the main city has important practical significance.This paper first analyzes the current situation of the traffic development characteristics of Chongqing City,summarizes the deep-seated problems of traffic congestion in the city,this paper expounds the necessity of Chongqing city bus lane setting;secondly,based on the road condition factors and traffic condition factors,bus operating conditions influencing factors in-depth analysis,interpretation of the main city of Chongqing district bus lanes set the standard for judging condition;then,with the main flow channel in Chongqing city as the research object,using VISSIM software as the simulation tool,the main flow channel in simulation analysis,effect simulation of bus lane;finally,the Yangtze River road traffic channel as the research object,on the bus road traffic signs and markings,electronic police system,illegally parked capture system,information release system,signal priority control system etc.The basic content and related functional requirements of the supporting facilities,combined with the actual situation along the bus station,proposed the traffic organization optimization design requirements.Taking the bus lane as the research object,the development status of Chongqing city traffic problems based on the combination of Chongqing city bus lanes set the standard for judging conditions,through the simulation analysis of the main flow channel of Chongqing urban area,objectively evaluate the implementation effect of bus lanes.The research results can lay a good foundation for the design of bus lanes in the main city of Chongqing,and provide a theoretical basis for the future steady,orderly and constructive implementation.
