Research On Container Terminal Handling Operation Scheduling Optimization

As an important part of port enterprises,modern logistics nodes,container terminal occupies an important role in the rapid development of the global economy.With the rapid increase in container port throughput and the increasing length of container ships in Hong Kong.With the rapid increasing throughput of container port and container ships in port operation time longer and longer.It is quite important to reduce the ship berthing time and dock,and the costs of shipping companies,improving the efficiency of container terminal handling operation by realize the rational allocation of port loading and unloading equipment,and improving the whole level of scheduling container terminal.This paper first puts forward the characteristics of loading and unloading time and cost in the case of single loading and unloading.According to the characteristics and operation of container terminal loading and unloading operation,the operation flow chart is drawn,and then the network scheduling model is established based on graph theory.By comparing the results of the solution with the integer programming model of the integrated scheduling,the results of the solution using the network scheduling model are better.Secondly,This paper consider the ship and terminal interests in the cooperative game,through the analysis of the interests of the Hong Kong side and the ship side in the preparation process of the container ship,the establishment of a game model based on the balance of interests of the Hong Kong side and the ship in the distribution process,The optimal strategy of the Hong Kong side and the ship side in the game is found,so that the cumulant loading scheme can be considered on the basis of basically satisfying the ship’s airworthiness requirements.Both sides of the cost,to ensure the safety of the,efficient and energy efficient.In general,improving the production efficiency of terminal to terminal has great significance to the sustainable development.it is now important hot topic in the field of port operation to save the ship and terminal production cost and to realize the global optimization of container terminal operation system.
