Container transport in our country is in a stage of vigorous development,the proposal of "One Belt One Road" strategic concept has brought new opportunities and challenges for the internationalization of container shipping business.As an important node on container transportation network,the reasonable scheduling of internal operation resources for the railway container terminal has important significance both on the optimized handling operation process,saving operating costs,improving the working efficiency of the railway container terminal,and improving the service level of the whole transport network.Based on this background,this paper focuses on the optimization research of equipment scheduling process of rail mounted gantry cranes,inner trucks and reach stackers in railway container terminal.The major research contents are summarized as follows:In order to define main research objectives,the paper introduces the function layout and operation process of container terminal,analyzes the resource allocation and handling technology of container terminal,which lays the foundation of the research in this paper that focusing on the "rail mounted gantry cranes,inner trucks,reach stackers";Establishing the frame of transportation resource scheduling optimization of railway container terminal according to the loading and unloading process we studied in this paper,we analyses the influence factors and optimization factors in the process of scheduling of operating equipment.Definiting that this paper focuses on rail mounted gantry cranes,inner trucks and reach stackers,and makes an optimization of its operation order and cohesive relationship between these three equipment.In allusion of the "rail mounted gantry cranes,inner trucks,reach stackers"handling mode,we analyze differences between its independent handling operation mode and the mixed handling operation mode,which lays the foundation of the research in this paper that focusing on the more complicated mixed handling operation mode.A"rail mounted gantry cranes,inner trucks,reach stackers" scheduling model under constraints including operation time interval,cohesive relationship between equipment,and equipment's working conditions is proposed to research how to use the existing equipment reasonably to achieve a minimum loading and unloading operation time of tasks under the condition of a certain number of equipment.Then we design a genetic algorithm to solve the problem.In view of the "rail mounted gantry cranes,inner trucks,reach stackers" mixed handling scheduling optimization model,we design samples to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.We gain optimal sequence of operation mode and scheduling usage scheme of all kinds of equipment with the solution of the algorithm;In order to compare the optimization effect further,we solve operation time of the independent handling operation mode,and illustrate the effectiveness of this model and algorithm further by the optimization of empty time and waiting time.This study provides a reference for the scheduling of equipment operation in railway container terminal in the future.
