With the rapid increase of the car ownership,the pollution of noise is becoming more and more serious,even has affected the people's work and life seriously.In this situation,the development of the low noise motor is imminent.Noise measurement test road is a kind of functional pavement that used in the detection of the vehicle noise emission levels when running,the characteristics of the road surface characteristics will have a certain degree of influence on the vehicle's test results.Therefore,for the accuracy of the vehicle test results,we have to strengthen the control of the noise measurement test road surface quality.The process of construction is the direct phase of engineering quality,so it is particularly important to strengthen the process control of the construction quality.The process control of the construction quality of the noise test road pavement is based on the analysis of the process factors influencing the quality,and control effectively,reduce or avoid adverse effects,so as to improve the quality of the pavement.Under the simple analysis of the characteristics and quality requirements of the noise test road,found the the noise test road pavement has strict and special demand,and has the following features:(1)specific shape,for meeting the requirements of running vehicles and putting testing equipments,the area is divided into driveway and spreading area,so it is difficult to organizing construction;(2)the lasting time of the noise measurement test road pavement construction is very short,it is belongs to the typical small batch production process;(3)the noise measurement test road is a kind of functional pavement,the collection of the historical data is very difficult because the construction scale is restricted,and trade secrets and other reasons;(4)factors affecting the quality of construction is various,and the influence degree is different.Thinking of the above factors,this thesis launches the research from the following aspects:(1)analyzing the characteristics and quality requirements of the noise measurement test road;(2)on the founcation of using cause and effect analysis diagram analysising the factors affecting the acceptance index,and then extract the initial indexes and process control important indicators by the integrated use of expert method and pareto diagram method;(3)selecting the key indicators of the process control of the noise measurement test road pavement construction quality from the importantindicators extracted by the integrated use of the AHP method and the pareto diagram method;(4)analyzed and summarized the characteristics of the conventional small batch and their adaptability applicated in the research objects of this paper;(5)studied the improved small batch quality control chart based on bayesian theory;(6)studied the process control method based on quality metrics,finally chose the process control method based on the PWL quality metrics;(7)applied the studied process control method in a noise measurement test road in southwest for empirical research,control the key factors by the integrated use of the two method studied above according to the characteristics of the factors.The result shows that according to the characteristics of the noise test road pavement construction,when controlling the construction quality of noise test road pavement,adopt different control methods studied in this thesis according to the characteristics of different indicators,it can find problem timely and ensure construction quality to some extent.
