Study On The Quality Control Index System In The Pavement Construction Process

In order to induce the early damages and ensure the pavements' quality, the process of controlling pavement construction is adopted and used step by step. On the other hand, there is no relevant index and index system that can control and estimate the construction process in the correlative specifications. On the base of surveillance and through the Delphi, a lot of experts' suggestions are gathered, and then the text concludes the indexes and sets up the index system. Making the concept of optimal transfer matrix and Analytical Hierarchy Process digested, the improved AHP is concluded and through integrating the essentiality concept and constructing judgement matrix and avoiding consistency check, the text gets the indexes' weight in the end which makes use of the improved AHP. Then the text constructs behaviour simulation and uses the ameliorated AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the construction process according to the fuzzy system, which concludes the grade of control of pavement construction. Finally, the text evaluates the indexes according to the different range and then applies it to the factual construction, which gets favourable results and validates the availability of the evaluating method.
