The Mechanism And Method Research On Process Quality Control Of SMA Asphalt Pavement In Mountainous Area

SMA asphalt pavement is famous for excellent road performance since its first applied in Germany. In the present, it is becoming and more widely used in the mountainous of western china, especially in the road of heavy traffic load, political and economic status prominent sections. However, it also has some diseases. By analyzing the SMA asphalt pavement construction process, some difficult points for quality control: construction phase quality control index is over much, and no important points;in the process of the construction, quality control method is still a little comparison of static control method, without introducing process control concept for dynamic management of the construction phase quality control.Therefore, the paper using expert investigation method and the gray multi-level comprehensive evaluation model choose from many indexes of formation correlation with the SMA asphalt pavement quality of typical disease larger index(oil-stone ratio,grading, temperature, degree of compaction) as the key part of SMA asphalt pavement construction quality control index. Then, introduce the process quality control method into SMA asphalt pavement construction. Related studies have found that By using the basic method of small batch quality control can solve the problem of asphalt pavement construction process quality control. Select the high efficiency control chart as the benchmark method of SMA asphalt pavement construction stage of the process quality control. But the effectiveness of control chart in small batch production environment using control limit is not guaranteed. So in order to make more accurate and reasonable control limit, the paper puts forward the idea of using the theory of Bayesian to improve the control chart, which can be adjusted according to the volume of sample size. The small batch construction control chart is created with dual control limit and use the chart as the SMA asphalt pavement construction process quality control method. Then use the chart to validation its feasibility and applicability in the process of the SMA asphalt pavement construction quality control.Results show, the use of the chart which has been adjusted in the special climate,conditions of mountains area can make sure the stability of construction quality, reduce early disease of quality and increase the service life of the SMA asphalt pavement.
