The climate of our country and the natural environment is relatively complex,many completed the opening of the highway have been damaged,rutting and fatigue damage has become one of the most serious diseases of highway pavement.Rubber asphalt concrete has high temperature stability,low temperature flexibility,anti-aging,anti fatigue,anti water damage resistance and other advantages,Rubber asphalt concrete is widely used in the engineering construction.But little research on the fatigue properties of rubber asphalt concrete,in view of this,this paper with different graded,different number,different rubber powder content three aspects as the foundation,detail fatigue properties through the indoor experiment corresponding to various performance indexes of asphalt rubber and rubber asphalt concrete.First,through the contrast analysis,selected 70#ordinary asphalt as the matrix asphalt,rubber powder in selected by the Hubei Hong rubberandplastic environmental protection science and technology limited company manufacturing 30 mesh,40 mesh,60 mesh three mesh test analysis.Preparation of rubber asphalt in 10%,15%,20%,25%and four volume fraction,and the corresponding test method for determining the penetration,softening point,ductility and elastic recovery,Brinell rotary viscosity,the test data of each index statistics,detailed analysis of crumb rubber content,rubber powder mesh on rubber asphalt performance effect.Secondly,the selected two different gradations were compared and analyzed,to determine the optimum asphalt corresponding gradation of each crumb rubber particle size,powder content corresponding dosage by Marshall test,performance test and the rubber asphalt concrete based on optimum asphalt content of the test,including water stability and anti rutting ability.Again,analysis of the fatigue performance of rubber asphalt concrete research method and the experimental method that,at present,the fatigue properties of rubber asphalt concrete are mostly used in beam bending fatigue test,the fatigue performance of the rubber asphalt concrete method adopting high temperature rutting fatigue test.In the corresponding gradation,crumb rubber particle size and powder content,to determine the best asphalt amount based on ratting,fatigue test,the fatigue properties of rubber asphalt concrete.Finally,the high temperature rutting fatigue test data analysis,according to the study author mentor,will move to establish the mechanical relationship between the stability and the dynamic creep stiffness modulus,the crumb rubber particle size for reference,analysis on the same kind of crumb rubber particle size,the SMA-13C,SMA-13F two kinds of gradation after high temperature rutting fatigue test the number of fatigue and the conversion of the dynamic creep stiffness modulus were relationship with the content of crumb rubber powder,the data were analyzed by regression analysis,a linear and a nonlinear,establish the regression model,and the significant test of regression model obtained.
