The power grid of the transmission with the electricity process is completed at the same time to ensure that all aspects of the power balance is necessary.Energy storage battery can add a buffer to the power grid system to save energy,so that energy can be free to save and release,but also can achieve both active and reactive flow and adjust the power grid imbalance.At the same time,it also can enhance the comprehensive utilization of power equipment and the flexibility of power grid operation to achieve the stability of the power grid.Energy storage battery technology can achieve the realization of the grid capacity adjustment and management to real-timely ease the power grid and receive the impact of disturbance,which greatly enhance the power grid of intelligent and strong.The application of battery energy storage is because of the high battery energy density,the short response time,the low site requirements,relatively high life-long and efficiency,and the low energy storage battery,the technology is more mature,possible operation on a large scale.So it is one of the main directions for large-scale development of power.The paper firstly introduces the stability of power system from the theory.When the power system faces small disturbances how power system maintains stability and achieves a new balance.If there is a big disturbance,the system can not maintain the serious consequences of stability.In addition,MATLAB software is used to simulate the waveforms of parameter values on each bus bar in the event of short circuit fault.The importance of power system stability to electrical network is explained from the practical point of view.The paper also established a mathematical model for the energy storage battery pack and its corresponding control structure.It’s from the mathematical point of view of the principle and type of energy storage battery after the control to provide a theoretical basis.In addition,the paper describes the basic energy storage unit of various batteries,which includes two types:DC/DC + DC/AC basic energy storage unit,DC/AC basic energy storage unit,combined with other power components,such as Transformers,to carefully analyze the advantages and disadvantages of their respective base units.It’s also from the reliability,efficiency,economy and other aspects of the analysis of the characteristics of a variety of grid structure.Finally,the paper introduces the circuit topology diagram designed by MATLAB simulation,simulates the single machine infinite system which integrates the large capacity energy storage battery and the single machine infinite system which is not integrated into the large capacity energy storage battery,and introduces the main components,Such as the inverter bridge,three-phase transformer parameter settings and module action,and finally run Simulink circuit diagram,compare the results of two different circuit diagram,careful analysis and conclusions.The rise of China’s new energy for China’s non-renewable energy use has made outstanding contributions,but the new energy randomness and uncertainty is a great challenge for China’s power grid.The emergence and R&D of large capacity energy storage batteries will be of great value to smart grid and strong power grid.
