With the increase of the west infrastructure investment,more and more bridges have been built in our country.but with the span increasing,the girders and towers in compressive stress is too high,the construction is difficult to control the elevation and exists in the concrete cable-stayed bridge design and construction in the process of pulling cable deflection and a series of problems.At the same time,the deformation of construction stage is changing and the stress also does,which is detrimental to the construction quality and construction safety,and also directly affects the stress state of bridge and bridge linear,so it is very important to control bridge linear for the long span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge.Considering the research of the comprehensive of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge construction control,this paper simplely introduces the development status of prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge,structure characteristics,the domestic and foreign research development and the importance of construction control.Construction monitoring of the Huainan city of Anhui province Huaihe Bridge Girder Cantilever cast-in-place construction case as the background,it elaborated the cable-stayed bridge cantilever construction,including the control contents,the general theory and method.It mainly focuses on linear control method and contents,which need to be taken in the construction control in cantilever construction process etc.including before and after of concrete,prestressed tension,the hanging cable and the closure sequence and the dismantling of the temporary support,cable adjustment on the effect of the alignment of the bridge.and also describes about the main tower,the main bridge pier on linear control,and it is inextricably linked to the stress,temperature and basket preloading.Using the large finite element software Midas-Civil to establish the bridge model,and so that analyse the stress,bending moment,deflection on the bridge condition of closure,the maximum cantilever,and get each section of camber to guide the construction site,combinating the process of cantilever construction of computer simulation and the actual field observation situation in order to guide the construction of the next stage and make the successful closure of bridge.
