Study On The Impact Of The Early Stage Of Engineering Project Construction On Project Objective Management

The expected goal of the construction of the project is to complete the construction of the project on time and in a planned manner,and in the course of the process,no serious quality accidents,safety accidents and damage to the environment will occur.Therefore,in order to achieve the expected objectives of the project,management must be done on the progress of the project,cost and quality.For each construction project,the whole life cycle generally includes the decision stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction phase,the pre-use preparation stage,the use and the warranty stage and so on six stages.The decision stage,the design stage,bidding phase are regarded as the early stage of the construction project.The early stage is the critical stage of the entire project construction cycle.The effectiveness of its work largely determines whether the project can achieve its desired goals and plays a vital role.In the long-term construction practice,people are more concerned about the target management of the construction phase,and neglect the importance of early stage management.Based on a large number of research data,this paper demonstrates that the early stage work is an important prerequisite for the success of the project construction.It is necessary to pay great attention to the work of the previous stage in order to ensure the project construction to achieve high quality,low investment,short duration,safe and civilized.This paper makes a concrete analysis about the impact of each stage on the progress,cost and quality of the project.The design stage focus on the effective combination of drawings and actual construction.It tries to avoid the second deepening design,and achieves the goal of technological and economic win-win;Bidding stage should be combined with drawings and design to prepare tender documents and engineering quantity list,in order to ensure its accuracy and integrity of the bidding documents and lay the foundation for the smooth construction of the project.Finally,the experience and problems of some projects in the construction of the new campus of Anhui University of Science and Technology are expounded in detail,which further reveals that the work of the early stage of the construction project plays a key role in the success of the whole project.Combined with my understanding,some of the problems raised solutions.
